my kids rode together.  screeching and beaming.  what a sight we were.

this reminded me of our childhood rides in the car top carrier through the mountains of colorado.

it was an evening of true generosity.

  1. what a cool bug! my husband would love to build an electric car one of these days. i think you need to make another set of horns for your bike trailer.

  2. Just spent some fun time with Wes in Boston a few weeks ago, where I arranged for him to be on a panel I chaired at the Society of Biblical Literature meeting. In the process of snooping for some info so I could introduce him, I ran across this VW he’s converted to electricity together with his daughter, I recall, on the Wichita State University website. Fun to see this electrobug is being put to such creative use! Even more fun to see you and family at work and play.

Your photography continues to amaze me! What an eye!
