feelin’ it.

the beat, that is.  and let it be known that when i read the title of this post, i hear “fillin’ it” like my childhood days.  i loved, loved, loved watching my children and so many others feel the beat.

an incredible woman came to town to share her gift and wisdom.  there was drumming and jumping.  throat singing and stepping.

2 of my three were rather disengaged or overengaged much of the time, but i had my own holy moments.
