a morning at church with new light from starting an hour earlier…children dancing in the middle…my kids sitting with others while other kids sat with us…bringing light and color into the room…it was just what my spirit needed, risen indeed.
we went to the farm for a chilly easter time together, so there was no more of the free farm play this day.
but there was glorious food and drink, cousin love, egg hiding and finding, quick naps, card games, missing of those not with us…
and then it was time to go home…to begin the rigor of school life again.

my, oh my, how those cousins are growing up…. the family resemblances growing stronger and stronger…
and happy birthday to jerry…. i had forgotten his birthday was so close to his younger brother…
and thank you for your beautiful, bright and colorful images and words …. they always seem to brighten my day.
