this baby was brand-spankin’ new this christmas
only 13 days ago she was encased in plastic and cardboard
wow, she has experienced a lot of life so far
her brother isn’t looking much better
and this is after a trip through the washing machine
these babes are going everywhere with us
and taking the blame for many things

One of my sister’s favorite doll still has bright red chicken pox… just like another member of the family did about that same time. And boy, what a story it is to tell, 30-some years later. What a wonderful part of life!
