seeing familiar things in a new way
hey look! woa look! no way!
it’s the same swing, the same burning bush,
the same hoops, the same lights
but we were in awe
everything bathed in a solid shimmer
and i am now tucked in a home
that has power and heat
and i am thinking of those
who are powerless and cold
It looks like that here too. Beautiful photo of the frozen burning bush.

The weather outside is frightful, but your photos are so delightful. Glad you have heat and power.

NICE ICE!
While we pray for all who are powerless and cold, we’re so thankful that you’re safe and sound.
Love you much.

Oh . . . . Memories of the 2005 ice storm abound. We learned so many lessons about friendship during that time.

I’ve been wondering if you have electricity as I’ve been watching the ice cover Kansas on the nightly news. I’m glad you’re warm and cozy.
