i am bringing sweet potatoes to the farm for our feast tomorrow. as i came to the check-out aisle with a bag full of them, jerry reminded me of how many people don’t like them. too late.
but now what to do
with all those sweet potatoes…
well, why not wrap them up
in little kitchen towels
and call them babies?

Last Thanksgiving I made a pumpkin pie with sweet potatoes because I didn’t have a fresh pumpkin and nobody knew…until now! I say make “pumpkin” muffins!
